Why mobile?
This solid steel structure with extra strong tiles essentially replaces the concrete foundation. In principle, you can set up this mobile floor plate anywhere and take it down again at any time. This concept is designed for our padel court models CLUB and PANORAMA. The bounce behavior of the balls is comparable to that on a concrete slab due to the solid construction. A perfect alternative to a concrete foundation.

Technical information
The plastic feet are height-adjustable, just like when building a terrace. This way we can compensate for unevenness or a gradient. Each of them can carry up to 1,2 tons.
The solid steel frame from 120 and 180mm U-shape profiles ensures stability for the padel court and against any wind loads that may occur. Anchor plates welded all around the frame perimeter are the basis for the court connection with bolts. 22 modules, mostly 2m x 5m, are screwed together on the construction site.
Special outdoor tiles of 20mm thickness create the subbase for the turf. A 3mm wide gap between the tiles ensures rainwater draining away perfectly.
